I want to be a resource for equity applicants looking to get into their local cannabis industry. As such if you qualify as an equity applicant meeting any of the following conditions: I will give a reduced consultation fee or waive the fee altogether.
1. Have a household income less than 400% of the federal poverty level for 2019. This amount is calculated based on how many people are in your household. It’s specified in the poverty guidelines updated annually in the Federal Register by the U.S Department of Health and Human Services.

2. Have been arrested for or convicted of the sale, possession, use, manufacture, or cultivation of cannabis (including as a juvenile) from 1971 to 2020.
3. Have a parent, sibling or child who was arrested for or convicted of the sale, possession, use, manufacture, or cultivation of cannabis (including as a juvenile) from 1971 to 2020.
